We serve individuals, families, homebound patients, seniors, corporate clients and healthcare providers looking for convenient and professional specimen collection.

Appointments are available Monday-Saturday 6a-6p . Early morning/Late night and Sunday options may be available upon request.

You can schedule an appointment directly on our website, give us a call, or submit a request through our contact form. We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

A licensed ETS phlebotomist will arrive at your chosen location, confirm your lab order, verify your ID, and safely collect your specimens. The process usually takes 10-15 minutes.

We comply with all HIPAA regulations to ensure your personal and health information remains confidential.

We partner with reputable laboratories such as [LabCorp, Quest, etc.] and can also work with your preferred provider if needed. The lab will process your tests and send the results to your physician or provide access via their patient portal.

Yes, we offer specimen collection for at-home testing kits. Please have your kit ready at the time of appointment.

Absolutely! You can still book our phlebotomy services and choose from affordable, self-pay lab testing options if you don't have insurance.

ETS does not bill insurance directly. Our concierge fee covers travel, specimen collection, handling, and coordination with the lab. It ensures you get professional service on your schedule, wherever you are. Your lab of choice will bill your insurance (if applicable) separately for testing.

Our mileage fee varies based on location outside of Guilford County 20+ miles. Contact us for a quote. We keep our fees transparent and competitive.

Travel fees may apply depending on your location. This will be clearly communicated when booking.

All bookings require 24-hour notice for cancellation and reschedules. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. Life happens—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
